Vintage maxi dress by Keram New York, early 1970s. Cobalt blue ground with a large scale psychedelic floral print in chartreuse, kelly green, turquoise, and white. Solid green contrast bands at the neckline, empire waist, and hem. Long fitted sleeves, round neck, center back zipper. 

Fits approximately a modern XS to S.

Waist: ≈ 26.5in

Bust: ≈ 34". 

Center front to bottom of hem ≈55 in.
