Vintage 1960s Regalia Imports Black Beaded Sequin Lace Shift Dress

Sleeveless shift dress in black lace, covered front and back in glass seed beads and sequins repeating floral and wave pattern. Solid beaded band at the neckline. Black satin band at the hem. Fully lined. Metal zipper at center back.

Label reads "Made Expressly for Regalia Imports in the Crown Colony of Hong Kong."
