Vintage 1960s Towel Maxi Hostess Gown

Handmade vintage maxi hostess gown, late 1960s to early 1970s. Bodice/ sleeves are constructed from a vintage damask jacquard towel in deep moss green with raised floral and scrollwork motifs, finished with the original fringed cuffs. Floor-length skirt in chartreuse vintage towel, gathered at the empire waist. Back zip closure.

Good vintage condition with light wear consistent with age. Empire waist approx. 34".
