Vintage 1960s Woven Straw & Green Leather Briefcase Handbag

A vintage 1960s woven straw and leather handbag in a structured briefcase silhouette. The perfect summer bag. The body is tightly woven natural cord in a basketweave, framed by soft olive green leather aged to a beautiful lived in patina, finished with a single top handle, leather strap details, and an antiqued brass turn lock closure. It measures about 16" across, around 11" tall, about 5" deep, with a 6" handle drop. Shows honest wear consistent with sixty plus years, softening and patina to the leather as shown, all of which only adds to the character.
