Vintage 1970s Bullock's velvet floral maxi dress. Black ground with a scattered floral in orange, pink, chartreuse and green trailing across the whole. Scoop neckline finished with a self ruffle, long fitted sleeves with covered button cuffs, and an empire seam gathering into a full floor length skirt. Center back zip. The side seam has an open slit at the hem that transitions into a run of black ball buttons and corded loops closing the remainder up to the waist.
